What Is an Organizational Structure?
An organizational structure is a system that outlines how certain activities are directed in order to achieve the goals of an organization. These activities can include rules, roles, and responsibilities.
The organizational structure also determines how information flows between levels within the company. For example, in a centralized structure, decisions flow from the top down, while in a decentralized structure, decision-making power is distributed among various levels of the organization.
Having an organizational structure in place allows companies to remain efficient and focused.
The General Assembly
The General Assembly is the highest governance organ of the Alliance, shall constitute all fully registered members and is responsible for defining the policy and strategic direction of the Alliance
THE BOARD
There is an established Board made up of 10 members and constituted voting and non-voting members.
THE SECRETARIAT
Headed by the Secretary General, elected by the General Assembly
Coordinate and represent the day-to-day operations of the Alliance as approved on the Annual action Plans.

Every board of directors gets its direction from the organization’s vision and mission. The vision is what the organization wants to see happen. The mission is the action plan to accomplish the vision. Because virtually everything the board does centers around the mission and vision.

Dr Epie Njume, MD is a Medical Doctor and clinical research assistant. Dr Njume was born on March 29th 1993, in Bamenda. He graduated from Cameroon College of Arts and Sciences with a G.C.E. Advanced Level Certificate in 2009, and from the University of Buea with an M.D. degree in 2016
